Northumberland Cross Kilt Pin

A classic northumberland cross kilt pin design. Lovely strong celtic knot-work that sits wonderfully against a tartan to really finish off the outfit.

  • Designed, and hand-polished in Edinburgh by W.E. Scott and Son
  • Solid pewter metalwork
  • Part of the striking viking range with matching belt and sporran cantle

All our kilt pins are hand made in Scotland the traditional way by William Scott and Son, from quality locally sourced materials. You can learn more about the artisan on the W.E. Scott and Sons profile page or build your own sporran with our online builder.

W.E. Scott and Son

W.E. Scott and Son

W.E. Scott and Son have been making sporrans since 1896. Steven is the 4th member of this family to run the business that has seen it passed from great grandfather, to grandfather to father and now to son.

Many of the techniques used by Steven's great-grandfather are still in use today. Visiting the workshop is an assault on your senses and it feels as through your experiencing a full 100 years of history. Worn work benches, original hand tools, piles of leather, pelts and metalwork all hint at the hands that have learnt and then passed on this awesome craft.

I’m proud to have an amazing sporran from the Artisans of Scotland. I will celebrate your work every time and at all events in the swiss piping scene.
