Having complete control over the materials that go into your products enables the team at House of Edgar to make simply stunning products. The effort that goes into the design and development process of everything they make is evident in the final product.

Their jackets are light and soft while maintaining the 'feel' we all expect from a tweed, made possible by painstaking refinement of the weaving process and chosen wool.

Their pride over their work sees them meticulously check every inch of the fabric by eye before it is handed over to the kilt makers to begin their work.

We love one of a kind items. It's what led us to start Artisans of Scotland in the first place. There is nothing better than to know the hands of the person who made an item specially for you, and even better when its a one of a kind item made to your design.

Whether you want to tweak the colours of a kilt or create something truly unique, our tartan design service is here to help. It all starts with choosing specific threads and ends with a beautiful one of a kind kilt. It also doesn't have to break the bank.
